IHS Inc., the leading global source of critical information and insight, today announced the company's roster of speakers and topics for the upcoming SNEC 9th (2015) International Photovoltaic Power Generation Conference & Exhibition to be held at the Kerry Hotel Pudong, Shanghai, April 27 to 30, 2015.
